With over 20 years of experience in accounting, regulatory affairs, and executive leadership, Al founded Red, White & Build to empower small business owners navigating the rising costs of doing business in California.

Al holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University. He is currently furthering his expertise by studying Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania.

A dedicated professional, Al is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Accredited Business Advisor (ABA), Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA), Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP), and a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. He also previously served as an Enrolled Agent, specializing in tax resolution and consolidation.

Al is an active member of several professional organizations and began his academic journey in law school before fully committing to his passion for business.

With 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Joshua has built a career from the ground up—starting as an intern and rising to the role of a Construction Superintendent overseeing large-scale commercial projects.

He holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and is a certified Xactimate estimator. Joshua brings a strong mix of technical expertise and hands-on leadership to every project, ensuring smooth execution, cost-efficiency, and quality outcomes. Known for his problem-solving skills and team coordination, he plays a key role in delivering projects on time and on budget.

With over 20 years of experience driving operational excellence, Gabrielle serves as Vice President of Operations with a proven track record of building scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering sustained business growth.

Throughout her career, she has led organizations through complex transitions, implemented data-driven strategies, and optimized performance across departments. She is known for her ability to align daily operations with long-term vision—improving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

A strategic leader and collaborative partner, Gabrielle brings a blend of analytical insight and people-focused leadership. Her expertise spans startup scaling, team development, P&L ownership, and operational transformation in fast-paced, competitive industries.

As a Xactimate-certified estimator with over 10 years of hands-on estimating experience, Jordan brings a deep understanding of project scopes, cost accuracy, and insurance compliance to every job. With a proven track record in both residential and commercial construction, he excels at delivering precise, timely estimates that support successful project planning and execution.
